The Role

We believe that building a strong team is key to building a great business. We are continuously adding and expanding our team as our business needs change and as we venture into new markets. We are looking to hire an in-house Recruiter to help us search for the best candidates to fill our positions. 

This role will suit a recent graduate at the beginning of their HR careers. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit and an analytical mind who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure at a rapidly scaling start-up. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of the business
  • Having full ownership of the recruitment process from role brief, advertisement of the job ad, screening and co-ordination of interviews through to offer
  • Ensuring the end to end process of recruitment is being followed, take ownership for the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and attraction, screening, through to offer and collating onboarding information ready for HR to prepare contracts.
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Reporting to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
  • Be responsible for building an effective hiring process

Requirements for the role:

  • Fluent in English - any other language is a big plus!
  • At least 1 year experience in a international recruiting firm
  • Able to prioritize competing priorities and to manage time efficiently
  • Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
  • Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality
  • Able to work under pressure, staying calm and composed
  • Flexible in meeting the needs of the business 
  • Interest in start-ups and the sharing economy is a big plus. Ideally you will have experience using home share platforms such as Airbnb, Home Away, etc
