GuestReady is an award-winning startup in the sharing economy built on the success of short-term rental companies. It’s mission is to take the hassle out of short and mid-term rentals, as well as any operations that are related to turning over guests, and to optimize listings to incur a maximum yield for the client. The company is co-founded by seasoned entrepreneurs (some former Ex-Rocket Internet executives), and today manages around 2,500 properties across 20 cities, has sold 1,200,000+ guest nights and generated rental income of €50m+ for owners.

We’re now expanding across the UK and searching for a superstar team member to take on the role of Onboarding Coordinator, based in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist in the onboarding process of new properties, working closely with the Sales and Account Management team. Our ideal candidate must be a self-starter, understand priority and urgency, have stellar communication skills, and be able to ‘think big’ while paying careful attention to detail. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients after they sign, and can greatly influence how they view our product and services. Job Description

  • Support our Sales and Account Managers in onboarding and offboarding our host’s properties across our internal systems
  • Communicate with hosts during the onboarding process via email and phone, ensuring all property information is accurate
  • Provide the highest level of customer service whilst resolving problems and enquiries
  • Work cross-functionally across the company to ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate ground setup with internal and external partners such as Photographers, Housekeeping and Maintenance
  • Follow and shape efficient processes to work with our team and our external partners across the world - for example: setting up trackers, executing bulk changes or updating process to keep up with ever-changing requirements

 

 Job Requirements

  • Open only to local Malaysians/ PR
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, ideally within B2C
  • Graduated from a degree in management, communication, marketing or English studies
  • Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality
  • Able to follow processes diligently and consistently while at the same time keeping track and following up on multiple requests
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Interest in tech and being able to find your way around integration tools
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and deliver what the team needs
  • Great writing capabilities - copywriter experience is an advantage!
  • Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
  • Interest in start-ups and the sharing economy is a big plus. Ideally you will have experience using home share platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com etc.
  • Able to work UK business hours (9AM-6PM GMT)
