Business Development Manager - Dubai

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us implement our growth plan. Previous experience of 1-3 years is a must! The role we are hiring for will include researching our competitors and local regulations, developing referral networks with local real estate agents and other potential sources within the vacation rental industry, cold calling prospective leads, systematically managing leads, setting appointments, meeting with prospective clients, closing sales, representing our company in a professional and collaborative manner in the community, and contributing to the strategic direction for the Business Development Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships and negotiate contracts with hosts
  • Develop a referral network with local real estate agents
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales through the phone and in-person
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of GuestReady
  • Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
  • Identify service improvements or new service by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both verbal & written), Arabic is a plus 
  • Create proposals on excel (essential)
  • Strong network with market connections 
  • Comfortable interacting with ultra-high-end professionals
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive - a hustler!
  • Presentable and can present GuestReady to clients 
  • Strong focus on quality
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule 6 days a week
