Our mission is to optimize and manage furnished apartments on the short-term rental market for our clients by renting them on different platforms such as booking.com, Airbnb, Property finder and more.

We are looking for a Junior Furnishing Stylist to join our team. 

Your missions (non-concluding):

• Onboard our new apartments (make sure everything is working and all the mandatory items are available for our future tenants)
• Create furnishing quotations for semi-furnished and unfurnished units, and propose an attractive design that matches our company standards 
• Make the purchases and coordinate the installation of the furnitures and decorations
• Style and stage the apartments ready for the photoshoot
• Apartment spot checks: visit our apartments and recommend how to improve them (includes styling, refurbishing and maintenance)
• Being responsible for making sure our homes are up to our standard and everything runs smoothly
• Work within a team and as an individual on projects

Requirements: 

- Experience or a passion in apartment styling/design

- Passionate about interiors

- UAE Driving license and your own car (is mandatory)

- Fluent in writing/speaking in English (is mandatory), Arabic is a plus

- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, self-motivated and proactive 

- Fast learner and willingness to go the extra mile

- Need to be a detail-oriented person with a good eye

- Possess excellent communication skills

- The ability to be able to work as a team and as an individual
