About the role

As we are entering a new phase of intense growth, we are looking to increase the share of direct bookings generated via our own website book.guestready.com. We want to secure a new source of professional customers (from travel agencies, fashion model companies…) by offering them to book directly with us which will eventually generate revenues and allow us to save cost.

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for the acquisition and further development of new partnerships by promoting our direct booking website. You will also be supporting and strongly collaborating with other areas in a very dynamic environment.

Responsibilities 

You must be an entrepreneurial, customer-focused leader with strong analytical skills and natural closer with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We also expect you to be a genuine and proactive team player as you will need to collaborate with external and internal partners. It is key to have great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once, with strong prioritization skills.

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our various products to prospective partners
  • Working closely with internal teams to evolve the value proposition, products and platforms globally to meet client / market needs
  • Be on the lookout for feedback from our partners to improve our product
  • Improve our guest retention (through branding, past guest promotional mailing…) 

 

Desired / essential skills and experience

 

  • Experience in partner development and account management, ideally with expertise in B2B
  • Experience managing partner relationships with demonstrated trouble shooting / problem solving skills
  • Fully proficient (oral and writing) in both French and English
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers
  • Fast learner
  • Strong sense of ownership and team player
