Account Manager - Dubai

The Account Manager's role is to ensure complete host satisfaction with GuestReady’s product/service. It will suit an individual with great customer relations who want to gain valuable experience and exposure at a rapidly scaling start-up in Dubai. This could be your opportunity to join a high-growth start-up to build yourself and build the company simultaneously. You will be the main point of contact with homeowners that are giving us properties to manage.


Responsibilities (non-concluding):

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
  • Build relationships with hosts based on trust and respect
  • Support and assist the team with day to day operations
  • Manage dynamic pricing with the Revenue Manager by identifying seasonality/events 
  • Solve problems tactfully to ensure client and guest satisfaction 
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and provide progress reports to clients 
  • Work with the Sales team to onboard new clients and develop existing relationships
  • Keep up on trends, changes, and competitor actions 


Requirements for the role:

  • Well-spoken English (this is a must), other languages such as Arabic is a plus!
  • Ability to work under pressure being calm and composed
  • Fast problem solver; being able to seek solutions instantly for any given problem
  • Experience in delivering host-focused solutions based on their needs and satisfaction
  • Team player; able to work in an environment with cross-cultural colleagues
  • Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail
  • Understand the value of customer satisfaction and put it at the heart of your work
  • Flexibility to work on-site or remotely
  • Availability to handle client requests at most times including the weekend
  • Interior Design experience is a plus!
