About this role
Global Operations Team that is responsible for organizing and overseeing GuestReady’s
processes and operations. 🌍

Currently we're looking for an experienced Training Specialist rockstar 🤘⭐to join and
help build up this team! 🚀
You will be tasked with ensuring that our business is well-coordinated and productive by
creating, and delivering training, and most importantly coaching people. This role will be
directly reporting to our amazing Head of Guest Experience, Andre Frada.

Main Responsibilities
● Identify training needs within the Guest Communication & Ops Teams by evaluating
overall strengths and needs
● Plan, implement, and deliver multiple training programs
● Introduce new training tools, and software
● Conduct and periodically review contents of the initial training of new Agents,
including good phone practices, general customer service skills, listening skills,
de-escalation skills, and GX policies and procedures
● Present all the technical and supply training requirements
● Encourage employees for training- ongoing improvement culture
● Track employee training success and progress
● Manage the production of training materials in collaboration with the marketing team
● Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis

● At least 2 years of experience in Training or similar role,
● At least 2 years in designing training programs, workshops, and working with learning platforms
● Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
● Outstanding people management, and communication skills
● A rigorous work ethic with the desire to deliver excellent results every day
● Quick learner, problem solver, with continuous improvement mindset
● Previous experience in the high-paced, and scale-up environment is highly desired
● A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing towards common goals
● Fluent in the English language is mandatory for the role, fluency in French is desirable
● Ability to lead a full training cycle
● Excellent decision making and organizational skills
● A sense of ownership and good time-management skills
● Availability to travel
