We’re now expanding and searching for a superstar Junior Sales Business Developer- Entry level position. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your sales skills and become part of a growing global company.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify inbound leads in order to ensure that potential customers are interested in GuestReady’s services and partnerships
• Meet monthly performance metrics centered around calls made, number of qualified leads and meetings scheduled
• Register call activity through our CRM tool with clear notes summarising key prospect information
• Make sure that the pipeline is organized and allows the correct follow-up on relevant opportunities

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
• Comfortable sales calls
• Understanding company services and letting market
• Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
• Experience working with CRM tools such as Hubspot is desirable
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, with excellent verbal and written skills; Fluency in Spanish is desirable
